Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ZoomGuru. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ZoomGuru is an AI-powered interview coaching application that helps individuals prepare for job interviews. The service is provided by ZoomGuru ("we", "us", or "our") and is available via a desktop application for Windows, with macOS support coming soon.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZoomGuru. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using ZoomGuru on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow any third party to access the service using your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, misused, or used in violation of these terms.
You agree to use ZoomGuru only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
ZoomGuru is offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee via Paystack. Subscription fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (₦).
All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. Please see our Refund Policy for details on when refunds may be granted.
For security and licensing purposes, active subscriptions are locked to a maximum of two devices. Attempting to use your subscription on more than two devices simultaneously is not permitted and may result in access being restricted.
ZoomGuru and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your questions, answers, and session content are held in memory only for the duration of your active session. When you close the application, all session data is deleted. We do not store your interview questions, transcripts, or responses on our servers, and we do not use your session data to train AI models. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
ZoomGuru is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoomGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or failure to secure employment. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email where we hold your contact details.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
